  • 1 Step GOAT asks for 10%, with a 6% static max loss and at least 3 valid trading days. Daily loss is 3%, or 4% on accounts bought before 1 Aug 2026. It is measured from the higher of balance or equity at 5 PM EST.
  • 2 Step GOAT sets 8% then 6% targets, a 4% daily limit and a 10% static max loss. 2 Step Standard sets 10% then 5%, with 5% daily and 10% static. Each phase needs at least 3 valid trading days.
  • Instant GOAT / HERO / Premium skip the evaluation and share a 3% daily loss. Their trailing drawdown is 6% / 5% / 6%; it follows equity and resets after each payout. A floating loss of 2% / 1% / 1% of balance is a hard breach.
  • A trading day is valid only with profit of at least 0.5% of the initial balance. Days start at 5 PM EST.
  • Evaluations have no time limit. An account with no trades for 30 days is breached.
  • Goat Guard covers funded evaluation accounts. The first time combined floating loss reaches 2% of the initial balance, your split falls to 50%. A second trigger breaches the account.
  • You may trade the news. Profit from trades opened or closed within 5 minutes of red-folder news is capped at 1% of the initial balance.
  • Weekend holds are allowed. On funded accounts, some weekend trades lose their profit. That covers trades opened in the last 3 hours on Friday and closed in the first 3 hours on Monday.
  • Funded profit from trades held under 2 minutes is removed at payout, while their losses still count.
  • EAs are fine unless they are HFT, gold-arbitrage or third-party pass-the-challenge tools. One Step, Two Step and Instant Premium accounts bought from 12 Aug 2026 cannot use a VPS.
  • Hedging is banned within one account, across accounts and against other firms. Copy trading and signal services are banned too, except copying between your own funded accounts.
  • Putting more than 80% of available margin on one idea counts as all-or-nothing trading. The firm may set a 1%-per-idea risk limit for traders it sees as over-risking.
  • Scaling plan: after 2-6 months and 4-15 payouts, capital grows by 15-50%. The split rises to 90-95%, and drawdown limits widen by 1-4 points.
  • Each trader can hold at most $400,000 in simulated capital.

Full payout terms

  • The standard split is 80%, or 90% on Instant HERO. A 100% split can be bought as a checkout add-on, though it is not shown for Instant Premium.
  • Every current model pays on a 14-day cycle. 1 Step and 2 Step accounts can add a first Reward on Demand. It needs 3%+ profit over 3 valid days and pays at 40%.
  • Minimum payout is $100. You must withdraw the full profit, keep one pending request per account and have no open trades when you ask.
  • GFT processes payouts within 2 business days or adds $1,000. That bonus does not apply if KYC causes the delay.
  • Funded accounts can earn at most $3,000 a day. The first two payouts are capped at 6% of the initial balance or $10,000, whichever is lower. 5K Two-Step accounts bought from 25 Jul 2026 use 4%.
  • Ways to get paid: Rise (no limit), bank transfer ($10,000 per payout, selected African countries), Skrill ($5,000) and crypto ($3,000).
  • At your first payout you complete KYC and sign the Trader Agreement. The payout account must be in your name and not used on any other GFT account.
  • You get the evaluation fee back with the fourth payout, instant accounts included.
