What Happened to The Funded Trader?

The Funded Trader is closed down as of about Aug 2025, after launching in Apr 2021. The Funded Trader, a large forex/CFD prop firm launched in 2021, is defunct, and all its official websites are offline. In March and April 2024 it stopped payouts and paused all operations, amid a platform migration and the MetaQuotes licensing crackdown. It came back in August 2024 with partial catch-up payouts. In July 2025 its technology supplier FPFX sued the firm and Easton Consulting Technologies over unpaid fees. The founder says he left in August 2025, after the firm lost its platform licence. No official closure notice was published; the official sites have been offline since then.
